Rik Coeckelbergs is the Founder and Managing Director of The Banking Scene and is passionate about building communities and conceptualising ideas, enabling sustainable business models.
He advises financial services firms on their strategic challenges and is a frequent moderator and speaker at industry events.
Before his entrepreneurial journey, Rik was a Payments and Management Consultant at Clear2Pay (now FIS), Business Controller at Colruyt and Senior Product Manager Daily Banking at bpost bank.
In 2009 he created a LinkedIn community called “Innovation In Payments”, which today has more than 89,000 active global members.
