Chief Strategy Officer
Thierry Chilosi has worked at Swift since 2007 and is Chief Strategy Officer. He has responsibility for strategy formulation, planning, market and competitive intelligence, thought leadership, and the execution of key strategic initiatives. He was previously Chief Executive, Europe, during which time he led Swift’s Business Development teams across the region, with the primary objective of engaging customers and market players with their business transformation objectives. Thierry developed Swift’s corporate strategy and its vision for instant and frictionless payments, and has previously worked across the company’s Standards, Product, Marketing and Sales functions
Thierry holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Programme for Leadership Development. He began his career in robotics and software engineering at General Electric.
