Geert Matthys is the Global Head of Marketplace Solutions. In this role, he develops and commercialises solutions that help marketplaces to collect payments from their buyers through multiple payment methods globally and to orchestrate and execute the payout to the sellers.
With more than 25 years of experience in Financial Services, he launched a global internet banking system for Corporates in the ‘90s. And more recently, he worked on topics like Open Banking, Instant Payments, Request to Pay, SWIFT GPI, Banking as a Service, Pay-out into e-wallets.
