Cyril began his career at Total and then moved to Deloitte, leading organization and IT projects. In 2008, he joined Citibank Portugal as a Product Manager for Consumer Credit, later overseeing the distribution network. By 2011, he transitioned to Citibank Belgium as the Remote Banking Head, launching key sales and service channels. Following Citibank Belgium's acquisition by Crédit Mutuel, Cyril took charge of Beobank's Marketing and Digital departments, eventually also leading the Data division. Throughout his career, Cyril has held significant roles, including executive committee and board member positions, showcasing his leadership in digital innovation and strategic management within the banking sector.
