Over the last 15+ years, Arnaud held various positions within ING in Belgium, the Netherlands, India and Asia with a track record in establishing new global capabilities and operating models. Both in Retail as well as in Wholesale Banking, Arnaud bridged the gap between business, IT and operations, bringing people together and inspiring collaboration to build and deliver strategic and transversal vision .
