Vincent Kolijn
Rabobank

Vincent Kolijn began his career at Tendris, an investment company focused on seed funding for innovations at the intersection of Tech and Sustainability. Afterwards, he was a Strategy Consultant for Boer & Croon Corporate Strategy for five years, during which time he also founded Switch Energy, now a niche player in energy management consulting but started as a solution for financing and designing solar energy plants.
Around the same time as the bankruptcy of B&C in 2014, he sold his interest and continued with a number of colleagues with '357', a consulting boutique under their own brand. Through the carve-out of Liander Meetbedrijf, under the name Kenter, recently sold to ABP and various buy & build assignments in Health Care, he joined Microsoft in early 2018 where he took a place in the management team of the consulting division to start two years later at Rabobank as Head of Strategy & Transformation PK.
Now, more than four years later, he is, in addition to being CEO of Datakeeper, responsible for a wide range of strategy and transformation-related activities and, in this role, along with his team, the 'outboard engine' behind the success of Rabobank Retail.
