Femke Jacobs, currently Chief Transformation Officer and member of the Management Board of NN Bank, has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.
She started her career in 2003 in consultancy after graduating from her studies Business administration and Information technology.
In 2014 she joined NN-Group as Manager IT Digital for the Netherlands. Since 2018 she has worked for several international units of NN-Group, as Head of digital transformation and CIO of NN Insurance Belgium and NN Hungary. In 2022 she was appointed in her current position.
